2. Carnage UK

Date: 18th October
The biggest student event is back! This year the theme is animal instinct fancy dress – and it’s bound to be packed to the brim of drinks, dancing and general fun. To attend Carnage, all you’ll need is a t-shirt and you’ll have access to some of the best bars and clubs in the city. Think stilt walkers, fire breathers, podium dancers and angle grinders. Oosh!
3. Let It Be – A Celebration of the Music of The Beatles
Venue: Royal Court
Date: 8th October – 14th November
Music fans won’t want to miss Let It Be – A Celebration of the Music of The Beatles. The international hit show will offer some of the city’s finest songs, taking you on a journey from the Fab Four’s first step on the road to success to global domination.
4. Toytopia
Venue: Exhibition Centre Liverpool
Date: 24th to 26th October
Do your children love Peppa Pig, Ben & Holly or the Sylvanian Families? Well, you just have to visit Toytopia at the Exhibition Centre Liverpool. Your little ones will have the chance to meet their favourite characters, and can marvel at some 120 Lego Bright Brick structures.
They can do everything from racing a Minion to taking part in a Boot Camp and Jungle run inflatable assault course. There are so many things to do, you can guarantee your little one will be grinning from ear-to-ear when they leave.
5. Halloween Haunted Sleepover & Ghost Hunt

There’s no better night to scare the living life out of you than Halloween. It’s made for all things spooky and fun, and so is the Halloween Haunted Sleepover & Ghost Hunt at St George’s Hall. You can stay in the historic building that dates back to the mid-1800s with psychics and paranormal investigators, who will hold vigils to communicate with paranormal spirits. Join in if you dare!
