Matt has enjoyed a fantastic career working at world-renowned restaurants, including the Crowne Plaza, Marriott and Radisson, and will now lead 25 chefs whilst effectively managing all food operations across the company.
Signature Living currently operates two popular Liverpool city centre restaurants: Carpathia Champagne Bar & Restaurant and The Bastion Bar & Restaurant. We also expect the brand to significantly grow across the UK and Europe within the next 12 months, and are delighted to work alongside such a talented chef, who can help deliver fantastic food for each and every guest that books a table at our restaurants.
