Main Stage
When: Saturday 11am – 9pm, Sunday 11am – 7pm
Where: Derby Square
Warming up from 11am on Saturday are a group of Liverpool’s young performers from Liverpool Media Academy’s Future Stars.
They will be kicking off the main stage acts for the weekend providing their audience with a series of acts with everything from music to dance. These talented performers start the celebration of everything that is fabulous in Liverpool.
The rest of Saturday’s main stage performances are brought to the stage by SoulFest.
Cherri V is an unsigned RnB signer with a voice and stage presence guaranteed to get the crowd going and Milo Tain who will be bringing the soul and funk to your Saturday afternoon at Liverpool Loves.
To close off Saturday’s main stage performances The Guide brings us headline acts from Robert Vincent a Liverpool born singer songwriter with a brooding yet upto date country sound.
Vincent will be joined by Delphina Kings 90’s inspired indie outfit with a unique alternative sound perfect for Liverpool’s music loving crowds.
All day Sunday the main stage will be looked after by The Rider Podcast and boy will they be rocking the core of Liverpool Loves festival with performances from Red Rum Club and the Boston Shakers.
Red Rum Club are a six piece band who rock the edgy sound of Americana western mixed with the melodic mastery of poetic lyrics and mystical melodies. Definetley an act not to be missed.
The Boston Shakers are a mixture of member from different ethnicities with influences that have come together to deliver a flavour of music that’s unique and marvellous. Gritty guitar is infused with heavy rap and electronica the ideal blend of alternative sounds brought together to entertain the masses at Liverpool loves.
This may seem like enough to fulfill every festival fantasy however just around the corner Liverpool Loves Culturebox and Wellbeing will be taking over Liverpool One.
Wellbeing
When: Saturday 11am – 7pm, Sunday 11am – 5pm
Where: Chavasse Park
The green space of Chavasse Park will belong to the Liverpool Loves Wellbeing which will consist of a two day programme called On The Green.
Here friends and family can partake in several activities that have been crafted to promote a healthy mind, body and spirit.
Young ones can participate in Yoga lessons brought to them by the Yoga Bears. Experienced teachers give your little ones an introduction on how to stay emotionally centred, strong and supple for their adult life.
The rest of the activities centre around keeping you and your family on the go with classes in hoop dancing, samba dancing and demonstrations of Tai Chi and other martial arts practices.
In short the perfect excuse to get the enjoying active and together during Liverpool Loves festival this weekend.
Culturebox

Liverpool Loves festival has one purpose, to promote and celebrate what makes Liverpool the remarkable city it is.
