On 28th February 2017, it will be time to treat yourself to some circular shaped goodness! So with Pancake Day just around the corner, we’ve compiled a list of the most delicious pancakes in Liverpool. Prepare to indulge!
If you work in the city, why not treat yourself to a perfect pancake on your lunch break this Shrove Tuesday? And if flipping pancakes sounds a little too risky in your house, there’s plenty of fabulous places in Liverpool serving pancakes throughout the evening.

Bill’s Liverpool Restaurant
Where: Liverpool ONE
Bill’s have upped their game this year, giving their pancake menu a unique twist. From 20-28 February, you can tuck into their tasty pancakes all day, every day (we promise not to judge!).
There’s no doubt that their fluffy, stacked pancakes are some of the best in the city. Choose from mouthwatering pancake options including Salted Caramel, Lemon Cheesecake and Banana Split.

The Tavern Co
Where: Smithdown Road Liverpool
Located just around the corner from the infamous Penny Lane, you’ll find the Tavern Co nestled between the array of independent businesses on Smithdown Road.
The award-winning spot is a local favourite for a stack of traditional, fluffy pancakes dusted with sugar and drizzled with syrup. The Tavern’s extensive breakfast and brunch menu also features pancake delights such as Bananas Foster Pancakes, Blueberry Pancakes, Lemon Curd & Raspberry Pancakes and Nutella & Strawberry Pancakes.
That’s a whole lot of choice!
Moose Coffee
Where: Dale Street Liverpool
Another Liverpool favourite known for its impressive stack of pancakes is Moose Coffee. Located near Liverpool’s stunning Town Hall building, you’ll find the American diner inspired spot on vibrant Dale Street.
Moose’s pancakes are certainly something else. Huge, fluffy and available with a variety of toppings, this is somewhere to cast the diet aside and truly treat yourself to something special.
Interesting Eating Co
Where: Allerton Road Liverpool
And last but certainly not least, why not head to the Interesting Eating Company on the more quaint shopping area of Allerton Road?
Ideal for families, the South Liverpool cafe offers Children’s Pancake Parties, so they’ve definitely had the practise! You can expect an array of pancakes to choose from, featuring both sweet and savoury crepes, with a variety of toppings.
