This week, Signature Living have made the exciting announcement that The Waring Hotel in Belfast is on course to open by the end of this year. This spectacular hotel will be the ultimate party destination in Belfast, mirroring the hugely successful Signature Living party brand that started in Liverpool.

In a recent interview, Lawrence Kenwright, Chairman of Signature Living, shared his eagerness to delve a little deeper into what The Waring Hotel will offer guests.
“The hotel will be a place to party, it will be like nothing anywhere else. Wherever we go (Signature Living), it has to be different and unique and that’s what we try to do in every single new hotel.
“It has to have its own DNA, its own uniqueness and that’s why we have a lot of people who come to the different hotels that we have – they try one, then they try another one.
“We don’t do brand standards. We’re not the same in any city, in any room or in any hotel.”

The Future is Bright for Belfast
Alongside The Waring Hotel, Signature Living will also be opening another two brand new hotels in the centre of Belfast. The George Best Hotel on the corner of Donegall Square South and Bedford Street should be opened, as planned, by late November, and what was Crumlin Road Courthouse is set to be transformed into a luxurious hotel, events and weddings venue.
Sadly, the iconic Crumlin Road Courthouse has deteriorated further whilst awaiting planning permission, but Lawrence has confirmed that workers are now on the site and the ball has already started rolling.
Lawrence has been overwhelmed by the response from the public, “Locals to the site and those who have had associations with the courts over the years have been hugely vocal about their excitement in seeing this stunning building restored. So, to maintain the rich history and fascinating tradition of the Courthouse and the Goal, I can tell you exclusively the new hotel will officially be called The Crum. This is in keeping with what the locals affectionately refer to the building as.”
