Signature Living hotel on Stanley Street was designed to accommodate a mixture of visitors to Liverpool. From stag and hen parties to landmark birthday celebrations and family get together’s.
With this in mind, Signature Living’s design team took a unique approach when constructing Signature Living hotel. The finished design is now the ultimate in Liverpool’s party accommodation.
On weekdays groups between 2 and 8 can book to stay at Signature Living hotel in one of 12 luxurious rooms. Each room reflects the theme of its floor and has a unique character mixed with modern facilities.
Guests can enjoy a night in watching their favourite shows on their own huge flat screen TV. Even relax in the super stylish bathrooms in their double whirlpool or twin bath.
Rooms can contain from 2 – 3 double beds and 1 – 2 single sofa beds. Ideal for a romantic night for two or for getting your friends together for a special weekday in Liverpool.
Alternatively, come to stay at the weekend when something truly exciting happens.
The weekend party floors
For larger groups, each of Signature Living hotel floors are combined to host private parties. Sleeping up to 26 people and effectively giving our guests their own private Liverpool city-centre night club.
The floors include;

- The Burlesque Party Floor – sleeping 26
Included in the party floors guests can enjoy their own central bar space, communal seating and dance floor. All perfect for hosting your own special celebration in Liverpool.
Each of the floors individual suites come complete with Bluetooth sound systems, the latest gaming consoles, flat screen TVs and access to a kitchenette.
Signature Living’s bathroom facilities are second to none with each suite having its own ensuite containing either a wetroom style shower, stylish twin bath or luxurious double whirlpool bath.
Penthouse party suites
If you were to book into a Signature Living Party Penthouse then you’d be in for a really special celebration in Liverpool. Located on the fourth and 5th floors of Signature Living hotel these stunning penthouses are the ideal space in Liverpool for hosting a great party.

We wanted to bring our guests together in luxuriously unique accommodation. From this, we created what is now the most popular group accommodation Liverpool had ever seen.
Signature Living’s Penthouse Party suites can accommodate between 10 and 14 guests, and each has its own unique decor and facilities.
There are separate sleeping quarters each with their own private bathrooms. Bathroom suites have been fitted to the highest standard and include wet room showers, twin baths and double whirlpool baths. Matthew Street Party apartments
Situated at the entrance to Matthew Street, Liverpool’s most iconic city centre street, are two of Signature Living’s ultimate party apartments.
Literally, across the road from our own Bar Signature and Signature Living hotel, the Matthew Street apartments have optimum access to the cities best nightlife.
Each apartment sleeps up to 16 guests in stylish surroundings and boasts their own large kitchen and dining space. Guests can sleep in any one of three bedrooms each with its own bathroom and one with a double whirlpool bath.
Not only are our apartment buildings simply stunning but they are also within easy reach of Liverpool’s most exciting city centre attractions.
